This shift for this role will be Tuesday to Saturday 09:30 to 18:00. You will work with highly knowledgeable, friendly, technical, coworkers who will invest in you and help you grow a rewarding career.
Summary:
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Administrator is responsible for ensuring the administrative and procedural requirements for the Service Department are met daily.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Service Administrator/Clerk will perform some or all the following duties:
- Greet, welcome, and check in customers.
- Schedule appointments.
- Provide daily workflow reporting and actionable items to the Service Team.
- Ensure customers are kept up to date with their job repair status at appropriate intervals.
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service in line with the standards of Peterbilt Southern Alberta.
- Maintaining job, customer data and notes in line with operating procedures to ensure departmental efficiency.
- Responsible for entering and closing repair orders.
- Adhere to, perform, and action all Continuous Improvement, Health & Safety and as prescribed by the Service Manager.
- Other duties as required.
What we are looking for:
- 2 years experience in customer service
- Systems/Computer aptitude (CDK Experience a bonus)
- Must be willing to participate in Continuous Improvement and learning
- Experience in a clerical or administrative position
- Experience with office programs, word, excel, pdf documents
- Must be proficient in both spoken and written English
- Must be punctual, meticulous, and reliable
- Courteous in manner to public and employees
