Job Description
We’re looking for a full-time resourceful Software Developer to join our Technical Application Development team within our Winnipeg Office at 1499 Buffalo Place.
Our Technical Application Development team designs, develops, tests, and supports various applications. With this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various development environments, analyze current software solutions and make recommendations for creative solutions. You will participate in research and development projects that introduce cutting edge solutions for our manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do
· You will deliver fully functional and tested software solutions that meet all business requirements
· Analyze client requests and recommend solutions and strategies to meet requirements, ensuring deadlines are met
· Create new innovative solutions to challenging problems that facilitate the improvement of the production of lottery products
· Develop and support applications used by many internal clients
· Develop and support interfaces between internally developed and externally purchased software

What You’ll Bring
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or information systems, or engineering, or other related education.
· 2+ years of experience in C# .Net application development required
· 2+ years of experience in SQL database design and development recommended
· Knowledge of software development life cycles and project management principles
· Experience with projects from conception to implementation with minimal supervision
· Experience in supporting end users considered an asset
· Ability to apply strong analytical skills when gathering information and determining requirements
· Innovative problem-solver with ability to generate workable solutions
· Experience with planning, prioritizing and organizing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
