Job Description Posting End Date:July 27, 2023Employee Type:Regular-Part timeUnion/Non:This is a unionized positionBargaining Unit/Local: Unifor Local 938 London OfficePrimary Location: London, ONRate Classification / Pay Range: Grade 4, $34.43 - $37.12 per hourNumber of Available Positions: One (1) Part-Time PositionThe Stock Clerk is responsible for data entry of stock issues and transfers of goods from the stockroom due to usage by company departments, contractors and employees.Responsibilities:Data enter SAP stock issues and transfer of goods from the stockroom due to usage by company departments, contractors and employees requiring goods from the stockroomEnter emergency stock issues in SAPUpdate daily reservation reports to process outstanding orders for deliveryInvestigate and reconcile differences resulting from incorrect stock numbers, quantity and storeroom numbers and maintain associated reports to all inventory movementProcess periodic inventories to assess counts, investigate and reconcile differencesPerform data entry in SAP to issue work orders for pipe and fittings for Plant ConstructionUsing WARP, data enter department timesheets and maintain related reports using ExcelProvide clerical support as required by the Manager in the operation of the warehouse or as assignedWeekly reports to clientsQualifications:Minimum high school educationMust be able to type 30 wpm net and able to use the numeric keypad proficientlyMust be able to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear, concise and courteous manner with management, field personnel, and others contacting the departmentMust have the ability to learn software programs pertaining to the department (ie: SAP, WARP, Excel, Word, WOS, Discoverer)Must have demonstrated the ability and have shown an interest in working with figuresNOTE: As this position is within the Local Bargaining Unit identified above, please note that members will be given first consideration.Diversity and inclusion are important to us.
