Toyotetsu Canada Inc is seeking a Human Resources Co-op Student to join our team!!
Toyotetsu Canada Inc. (TTCA) is a Tier 1 Automotive Parts Supplier to Toyota Manufacturing Facilities located in the heart of Norfolk County (Simcoe, ON). We utilize state of the art technology to ensure our automotive parts are assembled with a high degree of quality.
Job Summary
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Assist with Daily HR tasks – entering data, scanning, filing.
- Execute locker assignment reconciliation and clean-up
- Assist with setup for new Team Member orientation and onboarding activities
- Track, verify and distribute Team Member uniforms
- Assist with recruitment activities for contract positions, including interviews and reference checks
- Assist in creating new TM files
- Assist HR Team on projects and other tasks as needed
Key Skills and Characteristics:
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work with professionalism and maintain confidentiality
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (formulas, pivot tables and graphs)
- Motivation/commitment, adaptability and ability to effectively manage high workload
Education/Experience Desired:
- Current enrollment in Human Resources at a Post-Secondary level.
- Previous Human Resources experience an asset.
Pay will be based on experience and qualifications.
