Title: Long Line Paint Truck Driver (Trainee)
We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Long Line Paint Truck Driver Trainee. Our company specializes in road markings and we are willing to provide on-the-job training to the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Work under the supervision of an experienced Long Line Paint Truck Driver to learn how to operate and maintain a long line paint truck to apply road markings
- Assist with ensuring all markings are applied accurately and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe work environment
- Assist with keeping accurate records of materials used and work completed
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
Requirements:
- Valid driver's class 3 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to learn and work under the supervision of an experienced driver
- Willingness to assist all other aspects of line painting that do not include driving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work graveyards, flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
