Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: The position does not require an employee to be onsite full-time to perform most effectively. The employee's role enables them to work at a GM facility, or off-site as frequently as needed or desired.

As an UX/UI Data Analytics Designer in the SDV Data Analytics organization you will have the opportunity to work with a rich and rapidly growing dataset! You will design insights and experiments to help our internal customers understand all aspects of our Ultifi system, and how it performs in the field. You will work collaboratively with engineers and data professionals to ideate, and implement data driven insights for Ultifi.
You will play a critical role in creating useful data analytic products to support the continuous improvement of the Ultifi ecosystem!
Key Responsibilities:
Ideate with key collaborators and teammates to identify, and prioritize opportunities to support business objectives
Create and iterate on user experience artifacts including wireframes, and mockups to enhance impact of data analytic insights
Facilitate human-centered design workshops with key partners
Conduct ethnographic interviews and surveys to help ensure we are solving the right problem
Help development teams test current and upcoming solutions through an experimentation framework
Collaborate with team members through Scrum/Agile
Be an integral part of a new and energetic team
Required Qualifications:
Pursuit of a Bachelor's (3rd or 4th year) or Master's degree in one of the following areas: Graphic Design, Arts, Digital Futures, Interactive Design, Other Creative Design programs
Able to work fulltime, 40 hours per week in Canada, and for 12 or 16-month term (3-4 consecutive semesters) starting September 2023
Experience with Adobe XD, Figma, or similar wireframing tool
Ability to design useful solutions given customer needs and technical constraints
