About the Role
We’re growing our Personal Lines Admin team in Alberta. We are looking for a Client Assistant to interact with clients on a day-to-day basis while managing a variety of administrative tasks. More specifically, the Client Assistant will play an essential role in servicing, guiding and resolving our clients’ billing issues.
What You’ll Do
You will manage a variety of administrative tasks including:
- Preparation of invoices and billing material; assisting with requests for payment
- Preparation of pre-renewal client information packages
- Reporting of claims where required
What You Bring
- Post-secondary education – An insurance diploma is an asset
- Some customer service and/or admin experience is an asset – preferably in an insurance environment
- Knowledge of personal lines billing and payment options is an asset
- Strong ability to work collaboratively
- Good organizational and planning skills, with a proven ability to manage time well in a fast-paced, ever-changing, team-oriented environment.
- Quick learner and comfortable in an uncertain/changing environment
- Experience with EPIC or other industry software is an asset
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products
- AB General 1 would be an asset
