Title: Senior Paid Search Account Manager
Type: Permanent position, Full Time
Target work week: Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week
Reports to: Director of Client Success
Salary Range: Commensurate with Experience
As a Senior Paid Search Account Manager, you will be running the day-to-day management of Paid Search and Shopping Campaigns for a dedicated portfolio of clients. You will leverage your extensive knowledge and expertise in Google and Microsoft Ads to develop and execute strategies that align with client goals and drive optimal results. In addition, you will play a crucial role in analyzing campaign performance data and presenting actionable insights to clients, ensuring that they are kept informed and confident in the success of their campaigns.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Paid Search and Shopping Campaigns on Google and Microsoft Ads for a portfolio of clients.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to meet client goals, including campaign structure, keyword research, ad copy creation and bid strategy management.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of client accounts to identify areas for improvement and optimization opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to draw actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Create comprehensive reports to communicate campaign performance, trends, and opportunities to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the paid advertising space, particularly within the Google Ads ecosystem.
- Foster strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly, and proactively identifying additional opportunities to add value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Conversion Rate Optimization, to ensure seamless campaign execution and deliver outstanding results for clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to assist in the creation and presentation of comprehensive account audits for prospective clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or any related field.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in managing Google Ads campaigns, including Paid Search and Shopping Campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and tracking implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and campaign performance to clients.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills, with a keen focus on delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term partnerships.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with other paid advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads or DV360, is a bonus.
- Highly reliable and dependable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results, even in a remote work environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients through various remote communication channels (e.g., video conferencing, email, chat).
