Account Manager and Inside Sales
The ideal candidate for the Account Mangerposition will be self-motivated, dynamic and detail oriented. This individual will work closely with the Vice President and our dedicated team of professional Sales Representatives to build and execute sales strategies to increase revenue, customer retention and satisfaction.
We’re looking for experienced, out-going, and confident results-driven, ethical sales representative to engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for customers in order to boost top-line revenue growth.
With the successful launch of our e-commerce portal (https://in-sider.com) our focus is on serving and rewarding professional customers, we are seeking to add key members to our team.

Salary / Compensation
The following outlines the compensation for the Outside Sales Representative position.
- $60,000-70,000 Salary
- $20,000+ Bonus Structure
- $850/month Car allowance
- 2 weeks’ vacation, 2 weeks shutdown at Christmas (total 4 weeks)

What will you be doing?
- Receiving incoming leads. Processing, verifying, and developing professional leads via telephone, email, and our CRM software.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for B2B customers in North America
- Growing in-lite's professional consumer base and developing valuable industry relationships on behalf of the organization.
- Helping to grow a loyal customer base while strengthening the company’s position in the market.
- Participating and contributing to yearly sales projections and forecasts - providing input on inventory and product demand.
- Liaising with operations and logistics teams to ensure customers receive orders on time.
- Servicing existing customer accounts, processing incoming orders and setting up new accounts.
- Leading and constructing sales materials, presentations, and content for the sales team.
- Analyzing and developing the sales pipeline to provide greater transparency into lead generation and development.
- Collaborating with a variety of departments to execute global strategy initiatives (materials management, logistics, credit, marketing, technical services, and customer service).
- Travelling for tradeshows and client site visits (currently not necessary).
- Comfortable and willing to lead training/product knowledge sessions.
- Additional duties as assigned.
What you need to be:
- Experienced working in the B2B environment and experienced selling goods across the value chain.
- Analytical and number driven.
- Entrepreneurial and self-starting with a passion for personal growth.
- Willing to assist in all areas of company growth.
- Adaptable, comfortable with a fast-paced environment, and open-minded.
- Comfortable working independently as well as in group settings.
What you need to have:
- Ability to develop engaged customer relationships and effectively implement strategic concepts.
- Analytical skills and knowledge of selling in the digital environment.
- Ability to build prospects and business relationships.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position working remotely. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 40 hours per week. Flexibility is crucial in the role as candidates may occasionally have to respond to customer questions and inquiries after-hours. Some trade shows and travel may see the candidate working outside of the 8-4:30 workday (currently not necessary). Expect limited travel within Canada and the USA under normal circumstances.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience.
- Digital sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to work remotely and digitally.
- Experience working with CRM, ecommerce, and Sales Software.
- Experience in interior design, lighting, outdoor design, landscaping, construction, or outdoor living is a strong asset.
- Minimum of a high school education.
- Valid passport for entry into CAN, USA and EU.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Knowledge and competency in Microsoft Office applications.
