Job Description
Platinum Marine Group, a globally known yacht builder, is looking for an energetic self-starter to join the accounting team who specializes in Accounts Payables. A detailed-oriented team member who is adaptable is required. This is a fast paced environment and the individual must be able to prioritize and work towards deadlines with a strong sense of urgency when needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Project Billing and full cycle accounts receivable entry
· Compiling and coding customer invoices into Quickbooks in an efficient manner
· Customer statement and General Ledger reconciliations
· Preparing semi-monthly payroll for 80 staff
· Cross training and supporting AP
· Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
· Minimum three (3) years’ experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
· Advanced proficiency in MS Office, in particular MS Excel;
· Familiarity with Quickbooks;
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
· Strong analytics, organizational and problem-solving skills; and
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
