Location: Calgary, AB (Downtown)
Reports to: Financial Controller
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
· Full-cycle book keeping and financial reporting in a monthly basis;
· AR/AP, bank and cashflow management; Maintaining and extending the financial relationship with vendors and customers;
· RPT reconciliation with HQ and other subsidiaries in both China and Canada;
· Preparing the annual budget and controlling production expenses; perform financial and performance analysis for operation departments;
· Coordinate audit process and reviews with the auditors.
· Generate account related reports to management and other product teams when needed.
Experiences & Qualifications
· Experience with engineering or manufacturing related field min 5 years
· CPA designation (Recommended)
· Bilingual, Proficient in English and Mandarin (Required)
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft products, specifically Excel
· Advanced analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
· Excellent understanding of financial management, accounting principles and internal controls
· Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization
· High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning
· Ability to work well under pressure and to adhere strictly to set deadlines
· Excellent organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
· Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
