We are looking for a Junior Accountant at our Toronto office located on Adelaide Street. This role will be responsible for full cycle accounting, providing monthly financial reports, overseeing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. This is an exciting opportunity to work for our newly acquired Front Row team. Front Row is an entertainment broker that specializes in insuring: Feature Films, TV Series, commercials, documentaries, and more. This is great for an individual that has a passion for all things entertainment - TV & Film!

Why we’ll love You:
You like numbers and people! You’re analytical with an eye for the details, along with a natural ability to build authentic relationships
You're a master time manager, who can multitask and manage shifting priorities independently
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in accounting with the ability to support internal and external stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills with high-level attention to detail
Analytical mindset and a strong desire to be impactful
Bonus: You’re a go-getter working towards your CPA designation

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including general ledger entries and journal entries and preparation of financial reporting
Support the finance team with various ad hoc projects and tasks
Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
