We are currently seeking a diligent full-time Financial Reconciliation Analyst to strengthen our vibrant team. This pivotal role requires close collaboration with the finance department and other cross-functional teams, ensuring the achievement of our client's financial and compliance objectives. The successful candidate will provide essential support in maintaining financial stability, presenting an exciting opportunity to play an integral part in our continuous growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and correctly posted.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
- Communicate any discrepancies to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in ad hock projects as needed.
Requirements and Skills
- 1-3 years of proven working experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk, Accounts Receivable Manager, or Accountant.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Proficient data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
- Experience with MS AX Dynamic D365.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Excel.
- Advanced problem-solving skills.
- Practical experience in operating spreadsheets.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A university degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is required.

Salary: $58,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
