We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team!

Who you are:
You love prioritizing tasks, excel at meeting multiple deadlines, and have a high attention to detail – nothing gets past you. You are seasoned accounts payable superstar with 3-4 years of solid experience in the construction industry.
You have experience with construction specific accounting software (Sage and Timberscan would be ideal).
In your role as Accounts Payable, your responsibilities will include the following (don’t worry, you will have a team to collaborate with and bounce questions off of):
- Batch invoices received via mail for monthly construction draws to be entered into the accounting system
- Printing cheques and obtaining signatures
- Fielding vendor questions
- Vendor account reconciliations
- Accurately code all invoices
- Match requisite back-up documents (i.e., POs, packing slips) to invoices obtained from site
- Resolve POs, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies
- Perform other duties as assigned
