Accounts Payable Clerk

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, the Accounts Payable Clerk is accountable for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payables from receipt of invoice to final payment. This position is responsible for verifying accounts from suppliers, making sure that payments are in the correct currency, are coded correctly, discounts taken, payments processed on time and in correct financial period for payables received.
What We’re Looking For:
- Business/Accounting or related post-secondary training;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to work well under pressure;
- Exceptional customer service skills for both internal and external clients;
- Previous accounts payable experience and working knowledge of JDE Edwards would be considered assets.
