Job Description
Position: We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our administration
team at our Head Office in Dryden. This role includes directing incoming phone calls, issuing monthly
statements, and receiving payments for services and goods that are sold to clients, with a focus on
customer satisfaction and administration.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have experience working in an office and working with
receivables, possess excellent computer skills (with experience in developing spreadsheets and reports
within Excel), and be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with customers and fellow
Team Members. Sound time management and organizational skills are critical, as well as being self-
motivated to complete daily and monthly tasks. For this role, we’re looking for someone who is able to work
independently, but is also keen to connect and work collaboratively across departments on our Team to
take care of our customers. An acceptable Criminal Background Check is a condition of employment.
