Job Summary: We are seeking a highly proficient and organized Administrative Assistant with excellent fluency in English to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include answering phone calls, managing paperwork, and scheduling technician appointments. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls as necessary.
- Maintain and organize paper and electronic documents, files, and records.
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accurate and professional language usage.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Track and update technician schedules, maintaining accurate records of appointments and changes.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal staff to gather and relay information as needed, using clear and effective English communication.
- Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required, offering clear and concise communication in English.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with exceptional language proficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
