**Role and Responsibilities:**
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our center. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting families in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Managing phone calls and emails, and directing them to the appropriate staff members.
- Organizing and maintaining records, documents, and files in an orderly manner.
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments and sessions.
- Collaborating with different departments to support their administrative needs.
- Assisting in handling billing, invoicing, and financial documentation.
- Minor Bookkeeping
-Maintain a clean and organized center
-Provide information about the company, its services, and products.
- Assisting with various clerical tasks as needed to ensure efficient operations.
**Qualifications:**
- Bilingual French and English
- Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred, but not mandatory. We welcome fresh graduates and individuals with a passion for making a positive impact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
