Job Description
Bluebird Pediatrics is a medical clinic in downtown Guelph focusing on the physical and emotional health of children aged 0-17. We are looking for a part-time receptionist to help our clinic manager with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and emails, arranging appointments, checking in patients, scanning documents, creating and organizing patient records, and other tasks as assigned. The time commitment is 2-3 half days per week during business hours. Preference to applicants with either a degree in a humanities or social sciences discipline or a diploma in medical administration. Prior experience working in an office (ideally a medical or health-related office) is required.
