Administrative Assistant
About Us
At Brad Hutchinson Sales and Service Inc, we operate the only full-time, full-service, hydraulic boat lift business in Ontario and are the exclusive dealer for Sunstream in the area. In business since 1998, we have been the #1 global Sunstream Dealer every year since 2006.
Tasks
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings and jobs
- Write and distribute email, memos, letters, and forms
- Develop and maintain a filing/organization system
- Distribute weekly summary of outstanding service calls to Operations
- Update and maintain work orders and keep records of outstanding projects, and number of sold boat lifts and accessories
- Maintain contact lists
- Act as the point of contact for clients
- Liaise with management to handle requests
- Provide sales support to sales staff
- Provide support and act as assistant to management
Requirements
- In- person position at our office at 34 Curling Club Road, Mactier, ON
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Executive Assistant or similar position
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Google Workplace
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Customer- first attitude
- Experience with Jobber Field Software and/or Quickbooks is an asset
- Geographical knowledge of Muskoka and the lakes is preferred
