Job Description Job Description:We are looking for an Administrative Support Assistant.The Administrative Support Assistant is responsible for telephone reception and administrative duties for the Disability Management Services Office (DMSO).What you will doPaying Invoice, manage incoming phone call inquiries received on the department toll-free lineOpen, sort and prepare incoming mail.Scan mail into the document imaging system and set tasks for team members to review and handle the mailCreate and mail correspondence to employees, clients, and service providersMaintain employee and client information in Canada Life systems, including entering or updating banking information, updating employee and client contact information, and entering invoice data for paymentInvestigate mail that has been returned to sender and resend the mail as appropriateManage the distribution of files requested from the Records CentreOther administrative duties as assignedWhat you will bringCompletion of high school or equivalentProficiency in Outlook, Word, ExcelStrong keyboarding (50 wpm) and data entry skills requiredExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work well independently and as part of a teamWell developed organizational, time management and prioritization skillsExcellent communication skillsWell developed problem solving skillsCommitment to actively live our values of Excellence, Partnership, Integrity and Continuous ImprovementBe your best at Canada Life- Apply today!Being a part of Canada Life means you have a voice.
