Purchasing, Inventory and Administrative Specialist
Canadian Aqualine is looking for an exceptional and well-rounded Purchasing, Inventory and Administrative Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be result-oriented, detail-focused and tech-savvy.

Daily Tasks:
· Work closely with management and the inside sales team to order inventory accordingly, meeting order requirements (completing purchase orders, monitoring PO deliveries and communicating with our vendors)
· Assist with the review and monitoring of inventory amounts using the Sage software, ensuring the system remains organized and up to date
· Liaise with our offsite IT computer maintenance company to coordinate the management of all phone and computer hardware related issues as they arise
Key Attributes:
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
· Team player mentality with the ability to collaborate and problem solve
· Strong Office 365 skills (Word, Excel) with Sage Software experience being a bonus
· A strong attention to detail and efficient organization
· Ability to multi-task with ease, enjoying a varied workday
· A strong background and knowledge of computer systems (ability to oversee the server and systems maintenance program)

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Training):
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Related experience in purchasing and inventory management (preferred)
- Experience in the plumbing wholesale industry as asset
Working Conditions:
We have been deemed an essential service, continuing our in-office operations throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. The successful candidate will be working at our Delta office and warehouse, in a safe and distanced environment.
