Job Description
Our administrative position fills an important role within our small office. This person is usually the first person clients see when they enter our office, and the first voice people hear when they call the office. This person can set the tone for the entire interaction a client may have with our office.
The successful candidate will be a strong multi-tasker who has excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of Microsoft 360, and work well as part of a team.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
-answering incoming phone calls, voicemail, and emails
-greeting clients and service providers
-assisting clients with document retrieval
-scheduling appointments as required
-faxing, photocopying, filing
-preparing bank deposits and attending the bank
-processing incoming and outgoing mail
-managing and ordering office supplies as required
- assisting lawyers and clerks with gathering client information, following up with clients and service providers on ongoing matters
