Duties and responsibilities:
Administrative support
- Responsible for managing schedules, handling phone calls and emails, organizing meetings and events, and preparing reports and presentations. They will be performing other administrative tasks, such as managing files and databases, ordering supplies, processing expenses, and payroll.
Customer service skills:
- Excellent customer service skills to build positive relationships with customers and clients. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that customers are satisfied with their experience.
- Answering phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Capture and update customer information including addresses, phone numbers, and emails for future communication/follow-up.
- Fluent in French and English tipping and writing

- Must be fully Bilingual
