Hiring on behalf of Cornerstone Developments Ltd.
· Main duties
Administrative assistants perform the following duties:
o Prepare correspondence, invoices, brochures, reports and related material.
o Arrange transportation and / or accommodation for staff, as required (e.g., car rentals, flight arrangements, hotel bookings etc.).
o Collects timesheets and maintain records of attendance and vacation.
o Open and distribute incoming mail and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations.
o Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
o Answer telephone and emails enquiries.
o Set up and maintain filing system.
o Greet visitors and direct visitors to appropriate person.
o Schedule appointments and record and prepare minutes of meetings
o Arrange travel schedules and make reservations
o May assist office staff in procedures and in use of current software.
o May organize conferences
o Other administrative duties, responsibilities and projects as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $39,000.00 per year

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
