Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, Full-Time, Yorkton

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays
8:30am–5:30 pm, 40 hours/Week

The Receptionist is a positive and upbeat talented customer service provider, effective in a wide variety of functions that include administrative and clerical work, customer service, data entry, tracking and reporting functions. Job Responsibilities:
- Be the tone setter when customers first visit the dealership or on the phone - your enthusiasm will be the start of an exceptional customer experience
- Answering the telephone, screen, and forward calls
- Provide information to customers, taking messages, and scheduling appointments over the phone and in-person
- Complete high quality administrative and clerical tasks
- Prepare the daily bank deposit and provide administrative support
- Assist customers in the showroom when needed
- Jump in whenever, wherever (you're more then willing to help out when needed, its just the type of awesome team player you are!)
Key Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Outstanding over the phone and in-person customer service skills
- Highly organized and accurate, with excellent multi-tasking skills
- A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems
- A solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Outgoing, energetic people person
- Self-motivated, positive, friendly, driven to learn and helpful
