The Fishman Group, a dynamic and rapidly expanding real estate team in the beautiful Niagara Region, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a member of our growing team, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our busy real estate professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to real estate agents, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of real estate documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases and files.
- Answer phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Coordinate and manage property listings, including data entry, MLS updates, and online marketing efforts.
- Conduct research and compile market data reports for team members.
- Assist in planning and organizing team events and meetings.
- Handle general office duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and ordering office supplies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is required.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and familiarity with MLS systems is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude, team player, and a willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in a real estate brokerage is a plus.
