ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Your tasks at a glance
- You support the media buying team by creating purchase orders, processing invoices, reconciling monthly spend and act as a liaison with our finance team to process payments.
- You set-up tracking in our systems (training will be provided) to allow us to monitor performance of our marketing efforts.
- You process, triage or escalate internal requests coming from our ticket system.
- You learn about marketing and media buying while being part of a dynamic and growing team.
A clear view of your assets
- You have at least 2-years’ experience in data entry, purchase order processing or accounting type roles.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- You have excellent communication skills in English et vous parlez également français.
- You are proactive and have a willingness to learn.
