Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Receptionist for our Kamloops office.
Responsibilities for this job include:
- Greets customers in office and determine their service needs
- Answers incoming phone calls
- Coordinates client flow, inquiries, and schedules appointments for customers on the phone and in person
- Accepting client payments by cash or card accurately
- Maintaining the office cleanliness and appearance
- Prepares client service packets and has customers begin appropriate paperwork before their interview; maintains an ample supply of pre-made packets
- Calls prior customers to schedule appointments
- Act as a contact person with the Franchise owner and Head Office
- Assists in preparation of courier pouches and receives, organizes and files incoming material
- Handles client complaints professionally and refers customers to the individual who can assist them
- The receptionist will also be tasked with some other clerical duties assigned by the general manager.
