Martel & Mitchell Rehabilitation is currently seeking a full-time administrative assistant in our busy, fast paced North Bay office. Experience is an asset. The successful candidate must be able to handle a busy phone line, deal with clients in a pleasant and confident manner, and must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks. Responsibilities will include scheduling clients, submissions to extended health care plans and other payers, organizing charts for multiple therapists, copying files and helping with administrative projects. The successful candidate will start with 2 weeks holidays and a $1000 Health Spending Account after a 3 month probationary period.
We operate 3 multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinics in the North Bay area providing a comprehensive range of services in a variety of settings. Please refer to www.martelmitchell.ca for more details.
