Miori Boutique is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is located in our ON , Ca office.
Miori is an independent boutique showcasing unique fashion from around the world.
We showcase a business-casual style, receiving weekly merchandise from Europe, Canada, and the United States.

Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This includes the ability to transcribe oral communications, write concise notes for internal use, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, etc.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of Adobe Suite is an asset (preferred). Knowledge of QuickBooks an asset (preferred). Knowledge of Google Suite is an asset (preferred).
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Scanning, filing, and retrieving documents from multiple locations
- Scanning, copying, and faxing documents
- Assisting with billing and invoicing
- Ordering office supplies and research materials as needed
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Maintaining a positive, professional, and courteous attitude with clients, customers, co-workers, and visitors.
- Providing excellent customer service to all clients.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Terms:
- Monday to Friday
- 10 hour shift
- Pay from 20 to 25 Canadian dollars per hour
