Job Description
Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with account analysis, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Conduct bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred
- Knowledge of governmental accounting, technical accounting, and financial processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
