Job Description
· Highly skilled and experienced in customer service (both by phone and email)
· Extremely organized
· Skilled in time management and staying up to date with in-process files and follow up
· Able to work independently and identify prioritizing tasks
· Team player
· Reliable and responsible
· Experience in a similar retail field (Furniture, appliances, high-end electronics sales)
· Proficient with computers, primarily Microsoft. QuickBooks experience is an asset
Job duties include:
- Answering phones and assisting customers with inquiries or directing incoming calls to the appropriate persons
- High volume data entry using QuickBooks
- Reviewing sales and generating purchase orders
- Communicating with vendors, associates, and clients Product monitoring (stock, codes, etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
