Physio Connect is a patient- focused Multi disciplinary clinic that offers, Physiotherapy, Massage therapy and Chiropractor services. Conveniently located within Erin Mills Town Center in Mississauga.
We are looking for a Medical office Assistant/ Receptionist to work for Multi Disciplinary clinic.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates enthusiastic, friendly, warm demeanor
- Answer phones with good etiquette and direct calls
- Excellent Oral and written communication in English
- Scanning and photocopying, faxing
- Booking patients in to EMR system and follow up with patients.
- Other administrative duties as required
- Payment receivable and credit card processing.
Qualification
- Demonstrates enthusiastic, friendly, warm demeanor
- Dependable and must be able to do Multi-tasking with strong customer service
- Previous work experience in Physiotherapy Clinic and having experience in Universal / Antibex software would be an asset.
- Team-player, Dedication & Reliability, Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Experience working with billing insurance using Telus, Green Shield and Blue Cross would be an asset.
- Previous sales and customer service experience
