Position: Administrative Support-Entry Level Position
Reporting to: Director of Operations
Location: North York head office
Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Position Summary:
The Administrative Support position is an entry level position that will be responsible for supporting the organization with projects and tasks as assigned. The role will work with our AB Team and management and will report to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Scanning, faxing and storing sensitive information
- Providing administrative support to various departments
- Creating document lists
- Cross trained to provide temporary coverage as required
- Tracking, communicating and following up with internal and external stakeholders across various processes and assignments
- Other duties as required
Qualifications
Experience:
- Experience working in medical/legal industry an asset
- Working knowledge working with personal health information
Education and Certifications:
- Working towards completion of college diploma/university degree in health sciences, psychology, social sciences or related field
Knowledge and Skills:
- Effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple competing projects/deadlines
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to effectively communicate internally and externally, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize job responsibilities and make progress on a complex agenda
- Strong regard for quality work and professionalism
- Ability to track and communicate progress and status of projects in a concise and effective manner
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $15.50 per hour
