Invoice Administrator

We have over 100 years of history and our licensed, factory-trained technicians minimize downtime and prioritize urgent service. In addition, we have an extensive support team to drive service excellence and we maintain a sizable inventory of OEM parts. We are the industry leader in Canada, and we care beyond service!
A Day in the life:
In the role of Invoice Administrator, the primary responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy of customer invoices, the up keep of customer files, customer portal data input, issuing credit memos, warranty invoicing, email and phone communications, processing customer payments, and general support of the Accounts Receivable team.
What you will bring:
- Proven experience with invoicing and collections
- Portal experience is an asset
- Payroll experience is an asset
- Experience with MS Outlook and Excel
- Ability to multitask, strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
