Duties & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Greeting clients. Serving water and coffee as needed.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Answering the phone and transferring calls.
- Liaising with process servers, court staff, and mediators with respect to client matters.
- Ensuring the office is kept clean and in good order. Coordinating with cleaners and suppliers as needed. Cleaning boardrooms after use. Loading and running dishwasher daily.
- Administrative support for controller.
- Depositing cheques at the bank. Picking up cheques or other documents from clients.
- Maintaining stock for office and kitchen supplies.
- Maintaining calendar for boardrooms.
- Providing administrative support to lawyers.
- Filing.
- Opening and closing office.
- Maintaining physical and digital legal libraries.
Skills Required:
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Ability to complete work objectives with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
