We are looking for full-time clinic receptionist to join our team!

We are located on Fraser Street in Vancouver. Sunset Physiotherapy is a multidisciplinary clinic. We pride ourselves in providing excellent health care, customer service to our patients and a great work environment for our staff.

Our ideal candidate would be:
- Excellent with customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in computer skills
- Quick learner and problem solver
- Can complete tasks in a timely manner

Duties:

- Answering calls
- Billing for private insurance companies, ICBC, MSP
- Scheduling appointment in person or on phone
- light cleaning
- checking supply inventory and other administrative duties

We are looking for a front desk staff who is available full time-time during our weekday hours. We are open from 9 am - 7 pm.
