Do you have a curiosity about driving creative, collaborative solutions in order to drive asset profitability?We have an exciting opportunity for a Specialist, Downstream Asset Performance to join our team! The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing commercial, financial, analytical and implementation support for the strategy development, monitoring, reporting, and management of Downstream Liquids Pipelines assets.What you will doLead development and implementation of asset strategies that enhance asset value within the broader system in the short and long term.Responsible for the tracking, optimization and financial performance of the Enbridge Downstream LP assets.Responsible to ensure accuracy of financial inputs/assumptions and provide guidance for the budget and Long Range Plan (LRP) of the Downstream assets.Build an open/visible relationship with customers and JV partners. Lead contractual obligations with shippers/partners and respond to adhoc requests from internal and external partners.Lead, coordinate, and support cross-functional working groups in support of contractual obligations or shipper requests.Communicate and align all LP partner groups in how to drive the greatest profit on Downstream assets and assist them in understanding how they can add the most value.Act as a conduit for screening and driving forward optimization and cost saving ideas and initiatives coming out of LP teams.Drive departmental results by generating and implementing ideas, cost savings, strategies and plans that optimize the financial performance of the asset.Who you areYou have the following qualifications and skills:Completion of a post-secondary degree in Business, Engineering or related area with a proven practical working knowledge of financials, economics, and business agreements.Minimum 10 years’ experience in a variety of positions with growing responsibility.Practical working knowledge of the pipeline system including power costs, quality, operating and scheduling areas as related to system operation.Strong financial, analytical, communication, organizational and personnel leadership skills.Flex Work ClauseEnbridge provides competitive workplace programs that differentiate us and offer flexibility to our team members.
