Recently voted #7 on Canada’s Best 100 Restaurants, we currently seek highly motivated and experienced Bartenders to join our dynamic and award winning team.
An enthusiastic team player, the Bartender provides an excellent guest drinking experience, taking from both modern and classic cocktails to innovative in accordance with customers’ needs and expectations. We are seeking bar team members that are interested in creating, learning and growing within the industry. The bar team is responsible for the creation and production of the cocktail menu and input and storytelling is encouraged.

- Provide a consistently exceptional experience for all guests. Offer guests knowledgeable, personalized service. Ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction by maintaining a positive and committed “Do Whatever It Takes” attitude.
- Participate in staff education plans, including on‑the‑job training. Maintain the physical appearance of the bar area and work stations such as cleaning schedule. Maintain the appearance of tables, including table linens, napkins, silverware, table setup, centerpieces, menus and performing closing duties.
- Maintain acceptable attendance record, as well as meet Health & Safety requirements.
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages. Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Present and be knowledgeable about the constantly changing bar menu.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Knowledge and Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years in a bartending or beverage role, with 1+ years in a similar role.
- Thorough knowledge of fine dining service procedures and functions.
- Excellent knowledge of food and wine pairing In depth food and preparation knowledge
- Smart Serve certified
- Required Ability to communicate with, understand, empathize with, work with and be tolerant of guests, peers, supervisors, and other outside contacts
- Ability to read, write, communicate and comprehend verbal and written instructions in English
- Ability to be accurate, concise, detail oriented and make independent decisions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Effective time management skills to organize and prioritize workload Work Conditions and

- Able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Stand, reach, carry and walk for extended periods
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must have own transportation and be eligible to legally work in Canada.
WSET, Cicerone etc. an asset.
