Position Summary
Stonewater Venture is looking for a Bookkeeper who also has Administrative abilities to join our team. Duties include, but are not limited to managing confidential client information, basic bookkeeping tasks, email and phone communications. Depending on the clients you are involved with there is the potential of scheduling, documentations and customer communications on behalf of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping business' succeed, ability to stay organized and a willingness to learn new skills. Wage is dependent on skills and experience and will be negotiated in the hiring process.
Essential Job Functions include:
- Data Entry
- Bank Reconciliations
- Credit Card Reconciliations
- Accounts Receivables
- Accounts Payables
- GST, PST, Source Deductions, Corporate Tax and Personal Tax
- Payroll
- Organization
- Communication Skills
Requirements:
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision or supervision of other employees.
·Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks to be completed daily.
·Must be able to work in a team environment with diverse teams or departments working together as a team to accomplish common goals.
·Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible and willing to learn new skills as needed.
·Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and speaking clearly and effectively for extended periods of time.

Salary: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
