Responsibilties include, creating Sales Invoices, Input Supplier Invoices in Quickbooks desktop, Create ACH payments, send out payment confirmations, Enter payments received from customers, AR reports to be sent out, Credit card entries to be booked and reconciled.
Any other accounting jobs as needed.
Person should have atleast 1 year experience using Quickbooks desktop. and an education in the accounting field.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
