We are seeking a bilingual Senior Designer to manage creative projects and develop new brand guidelines. As part of the Brand & External Communications center of expertise, you will collaborate with a global team of marketing and communications professionals, and work to elevate our brand through your creative influence on all design deliverables.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Support the continuous evolution of CGI’s brand platform and the execution of our visual identity to create a recognizable and memorable presence in the marketplace.
- Partner with other members of the team to build a set of templates and brand guidelines that drive efficiency, reuse and alignment across CGI.
- Collaborate or manage various marketing and communications projects, including the creation or review of videos, iconography, infographics, social media imagery, UI/UX and web design, promotional / event materials, print collateral and presentations.
- Provide consultancy and training on design standards internally to maintain a strong and consistent brand across geographies.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Design portfolio required with the application
- University / college degree in graphic design or similar
- 5+ years as a professional graphic designer
- Expert level in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, AfterEffects)
- UI/UX and web design expertise, including commenting upon and supporting alignment with recently launched UX guidelines and UI kit
- Video and motion design experience: you need to be able to revise a video and provide improvements (animation, motion or design creation or production)
- Knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Word, a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Strong design aesthetic: ability to apply graphic design best principles, including understanding the importance of negative space, grid systems, color theory and typography
- Good organizational skills combined with the proven ability to effectively manage projects
