The Helios Readiness team within ICM Product Management at Citigroup is hiring Product Management System Readiness BA/Project Coordinator (AVP) skilled in effective communication strategies, tools and materials to enable adoption of the new Helios credit risk management platform by users, stakeholders, senior managers, and technology teams with each release containing newly built features through the effective communication.
The role involves partnering with several key internal stakeholders (Operations, Technology, Banking, Markets, Commercial Bank, TTS, Compliance and Risk) in order to create holistic and strategic solutions that fully support, satisfy, and anticipate the Helios rollout needs of the business and our regulators.
The right candidate will understand the strategic direction of the ICM function within the ICG business. System Readiness Business Analyst/AVP will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and evaluating solutions to enable adoption of Helios platform by bringing organizational alignment around the Helios platform launch. The candidate will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including subject matter experts in developing and supporting the effective rollout plans. The Business Analyst will be responsible to be a crucial link between credit management business and technology to ensure alignment on Helios readiness. Excellent communication skills and deep knowledge of credit management processes are required to influence a wide range of audiences.
Organization & Department Overview
The role is within the Institutional Credit Management (ICM) group, which includes Credit Underwriting, Transaction Management and Initial Data Capture, Portfolio Management, Collateral Management, and partners heavily with Operations, Technology, Risk, and Bankers. ICM Product Management alongside Loans Technology are building a new Credit Risk Management architecture and ecosystem for all of the Institutional Client Group (ICG) – driving end-to-end delivery on a Front-to-Back strategy for loans and service model that fully supports, satisfies and anticipates the reporting needs of the business and our regulators.
Job Functions
The team is looking for a detail-oriented Associate Vice President who will:
- Help SVP of the group in managing effective roll out strategies as related to training, communication and effective adoption of Helios platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges. Document, and prioritize requirements using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and data analysis
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business users, technology teams, and senior management. Communicate effectively, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between Helios readiness team and credit management business.
- Design, develop and deliver internal solutions strategies to help system readiness through various releases
- Develop user engagement and marketing plans, campaigns, messages, presentations posts and other assets to drive user adoption of the Helios platform
- Curate information with subject matter experts to ensure consistent and detailed communication for a wide set of audiences in the business
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, team members and align with the overall system readiness plan

- grow subject matter expertise in global loan products across Citigroup, risk management concepts, Citi systems and data architecture, and regulatory reporting, and
- be part of a collaborative, diverse, and results-driven team that supports one another on a daily basis.
Qualifications
The Business Analyst/PM (AVP) is expected to have:
- a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science or Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or other similar degrees,
- greater than 2 years of relevant work experience,
- a baseline understanding of financial instruments used by institutions. An understanding of loans products is a plus,
- advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint, and
- experience with presentations (PowerPoint), data analysis (Excel)
- Excellent Interpersonal + Communication skills to enable effective experience for stakeholders,
- Attention to detail
- Superior Planning & Organization skills
- Pro-active, flexible, have good organizational skills and must be team player
