Our customers are residential and commercial property owners, property managers, builders, and developers. We provide installation as well as repair and maintenance services for residential, commercial and industrial properties. If you have experience working with these types of customers– or want that experience– this role will be a great fit.

You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to:
- Establish new accounts through cold calling and effective relationship building.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities within assigned portfolios.
- Regularly monitor the health of customers and work with the Customer Support team to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
- Visit customers’ project sites and understand the custom home build process.
- Track sales and adapt plans to achieve sales targets as required.
- Prepare quotations and pricing for customers.
- Establish and maintain a strong rapport with customers.
- Maintain account and opportunity forecasting along with accurate and accessible records of correspondence and updates.
You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Qualify and follow up on leads to understand their needs and assess their potential as customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry influencers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and results to the management team.

Compensation: base $80k + commission
