Role Overview:
Silverline is looking for a highly motivated, performance-driven individual to play a key role in creating qualified opportunities for our Services Sales team through the execution of marketing lead follow-up, email, social and calling campaigns. In this position you will be responsible for outbound demand generation for our Services Sales Account Executive team. Role Responsibilities:
- Work cohesively with Services Sales Account Executives/Sales Directors to create, execute, and manage demand generation programs for their named accounts/territories
- Build and maintain a regular program of outbound campaigns, collaborating with Business Development Manager and Marketing to ensure seamless execution
- Generate new qualified business leads through prospecting (greenfield, customers, and existing sales pipeline). Achieve monthly quota of leads and qualified opportunities for Services Sales
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Business Development Manager to convert leads into qualified opportunities
- Craft call scripts and email templates in partnership with Business Development Manager and Marketing
- Interact by phone and email with key client personnel up to, and including, VP-level executives
- Analyze prospect's needs, determine requirements and ascertain potential solutions
- Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of Silverline's unique methodology and offerings
- Focus on tactics and processes that increase lead conversion and reduce cost per opportunity
- Track all activity via marketing (Pardot) and sales automation tools (Salesforce)
- Research and build account intelligence (e.g. adding contacts, sending emails, & cold calling) for target accounts, dormant and current customers
Qualifications and Required Experience:
- 1-3+ years of outbound sales/marketing experience
- 1-2+ years of calling into Director and VP contacts
- 1+ years of previous software sales & consulting sales experience (including prospecting)
- Ability to use various sources of market and customer data to develop account intelligence, marketing strategies and harvest new contacts at Accounts
- Demonstrate effective independent thinking
- Ability to ask open ended questions and listen attentively
- Proven relationship building skills and account interaction experience
- Strong communication & writing skills with proposal development experience a plus
- Strong presentation skills
- Bachelor's Degree (courses with a Marketing element are preferred but not essential)
- Familiarity with marketing and sales automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Data.com, Zoominfo, and Pardot
- Marketing & sales automation skills (e.g. Salesforce.com, Marketo, Data.com, ZoomInfo)
- Social Media skills (Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, and Facebook)
- Ability to work in a fast paced and team environment with changing priorities
- Must be highly motivated, tenacious, and a self starter
- Thrives in a high energy and fast paced environment
- Have a sense of urgency with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Have a passion for excellence and exceeding expectations
- Organized and methodical; strong prioritization skills
- Must be able to demonstrate effective time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision, while delivering on-target result
- Ability to context-shift and support Sales teams across all verticals
