Job Description Business Development Representative- Security Guard IndustryJob description:The Business Development Representative is a full-time position focused on creating new business and sales opportunities and managing existing accounts for Wincon Security.At Wincon, we are well aware of the impact our security solutions have on our clients in the GTA — but we won’t rest until everyone knows of our excellent solutions and services. We are seeking a qualified business development representative to extend our provincial reach through expert cultivation of new, untapped business opportunities and relationships. The ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and help build million-dollar deals that make everyday security solutions and services easier for our existing and new clients. Highly skilled at sales and business operations, this person will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company vision.A typical day in the life of a Business Development Representative at Wincon Security:Manage both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities.Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships that come to fruition.Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets.Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new-venture integration.Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals.Minimum Qualifications:3-5 years of corporate sales experience. (preferably in the security industry)Proven ability to develop and implement B2B sales strategies. Must provide proof of sales achievements.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Possess a valid Ontario driver’s license, vehicle insurance and maintain a clean driving record.Experience in sales techniques.Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.Proven ability to plan and manage resources.Preferred skills and qualifications:Experience with CRM software (preferably Salesforce).Ability to deliver presentations effectively.Our fast paced and supportive environment will offer you many of benefits including a competitive salary plus commission, a friendly team and opportunities for training and development.
