Overview of the role
We are actively searching for a highly motivated and committed Junior Campaign Manager to join our team. This role will involve implementation, day to day maintenance and reporting of paid media activities. This role reports into the Senior Media Specialist.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting in the implementation and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google ads, social media, programmatic and digital advertising
- Ensure campaign budgets are pacing according to the media plan
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insightful reports to internal team
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance campaign effectiveness
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities
Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in an agency or media role
- 1-2 years working with Google ads (Search, Display and YouTube)
- Google Certification (DV360, DCM & Search Ads 360)
- Good understanding of tracking solutions
- Demonstrate a willingness and ability to learn about new tools
- Experience in social platforms and programmatic media is a plus
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
