Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with dementia and other mobility needs
- Assist with before bed activities such as medication administration and personal hygiene including brushing teeth and assistance using the bathroom
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation to clients place of residence
- Experience working with individuals with dementia or other disabilities is preferred
- Ability to lift and transfer clients as required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
