Job description
Employees at our organization are expected to:
- Provide assistance with ADL, such as bathing, feeding, transferring, and personal activities, as per the patient's care plan.
- Have good flexibility
- Good communication skills - HCA work involves positive and healthy interactions with the clients.
- Be a certified HCA (has a *companion, HCA education is not required, but valued)
*Companion Work - Provides company to clients for safety and comfort:
- 1-on-1 interaction
- Leisurely activities (walking, reading, watching movies)
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: $19.00 per hour
